#16 has 2 drop zones should you not clear the gaping hazard, 1 near side and 1 far side. There are definitely some holes where it'd be useful to have experience on the course to play it better, like #6 (hard to visualize 1st time), 2nd hardest on the course, but there is a drop zone across the hazard, and #15 with its minefield of bunkers (11). The course is in excellent shape, few leaves too for fall. The check-in was seamless, and the starter was super helpful and friendly. The designer may apparently be the same as for TPC in Berthoud, he did a great job of utilizing the features of the landscape. *All Friday Clinic participants are eligible to participate.This is a course I've wanted to play for a while. Private lessons are always available from our PGA Professionals $12 Per round or $80 for the entire season. Stroke play, scramble, Best Ball, Stableford Points, Alternate Shot, Speeeeed Golf!! This is a great way to get kids involved in playing the game! Golfers should be able to advance the ball and carry their own clubs. The matches are played using a less stressful scramble format, as opposed to individual stroke-play competition. Players learn to play in a fun and competitive environment while competing with a partner in head to head matches. SNAG is taught as a progressive series of four one hour sessions TWICE A WEEK for two weeks, with rotating practice stations and culminating with a 4-hole SNAG golf course play day during the last session. FEE: $60 per junior. All equipment is supplied during each lesson and to bring home to practice. After completing this program, juniors often choose to enroll again and/or begin to apply their newfound SNAG skills toward their continued development of good golf habits at the driving range and golf course. SNAG Golf is a FUN & UNIQUE way to introduce golf to juniors. It is designed for juniors ages 4-8 to become familiar with the basic fundamentals of the game with the use of colorful and unique equipment, along with proper rules and etiquette.
